Go North on Woodward Avenue and from the left lane take the turn-around South.  Approximately 3 miles South is Birmingham.  The next light after Maple Road is Brown Street. It only goes West (right).  At the second light (Pierce) turn right (north).  Park free in the Covered City Parking structure off Pierce. Walk west toward the Townsend. Across from the front door of the Townsend is the entrance to 189 Townsend. We occupy the second floor. Elevator is available.

SOUTH of BIRMINGHAM/ [Detroit suburbs]: Take 75 North to Square Lake Road West.  Follow directions above. If you are closer to Southfield Road, take Southfield Road North until it almost ends (Birmingham).  North of 14 mile Road, the first light is Lincoln and the second is Brown Street (Ring Road).  It only goes East (right).  At the second light (Pierce) turn north (left). .Park free in the Covered City Parking structure off Pierce. Walk west toward the Townsend. Across from the front door of the Townsend is the entrance to 189 Townsend. We occupy the second floor. Elevator is available.

EAST of BIRMINGHAM/ [Canada] : [From Canada, cross the bridge at Port Huron and take 96 East or Cross the bridge/tunnel at Detroit and Take 75 North to 96 West].  Take 96 West to Woodward Avenue North.  Stay in the left lane in Birmingham and take the turnaround going South just before Maple. The first light is Brown Street. It only goes West (right).  At the second light (Pierce) turn north (left).   Park free in the City Parking structure off Pierce. Walk west toward the Townsend. Across from the front door of the Townsend is the entrance to 189 Townsend. We occupy the second floor. Elevator is available.

West [Ann Arbor/ Metro Airport]: Take M14, 94 or 96 East to 275 North.  From 275 North take 696 East. Take Southfield Road North to Brown Street (one block before Southfield Road ends).  At the second light (Pierce) turn north (left). Park free in the Covered City Parking structure off Pierce.  Walk west toward the Townsend. Across from the front door of the Townsend is the entrance to 189 Townsend. We occupy the second floor. Elevator is available.
